We have used BJ for several years. Really helped us out when our older unit started going out.
I recently had my furnace go out on a Friday night and called Saturday morning. Someone was here to assess the situation quicker than I expected. Unfortunately I had to wait until Monday for the part, but Jake kindly offered his own personal space heaters to keep me and my cats cozy! On Monday he got the new part put in by 10am. I'm a naturally curious person and have never been talked down to our "mansplained" by any of Evenflo's technicians, as I have likely stood around to watch and ask some dumb questions. (I'm all about whatever preventative maintenance I can learn if there's a pro around) When our A/C went out 18 months ago and this time with the furnace motherboard, my concerns were addressed with courtesy & professionalism. Jake came out the same day I called. He was friendly and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me some excellent advice. I will definitely call them again when I need replacement or repair.
BJ checked came to our new house yesterday and helped us understand our "new-to-us" system and prepare us for the winter. He was extremely friendly and kind to my 3 year old son and made his day! My family has been using Evenflo for years. We have worked mostly with BJ but today Jake responded to our need. Same day service and fast and efficient. BJ has been maintaining our older system for years. When it came time for a new air conditioner we didn't need to call around for pricing. We just called BJ and knew he would take care of us. He also helped my mother and father in laws. They were told by another company they had to replace their furnace. BJ went there and fixed the problem and minimal cost.
